Charlotte Radcliffe

With over 30 years in the gymnastics world, Charlotte has dedicated her life to the sport. Beginning as a gymnast herself, she spent 10 years competing before moving into coaching, where she has now amassed over 12 years of experience. For the past 10 years, she has successfully run CMR Gymnastics in East Sussex, creating a supportive environment where young gymnasts can grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment.

Charlotte and Melissa have been friends since prep school where Charlotte’s gymnastics journey was actually shaped by her coach - Milli’s mum, Tess.

Tess, Charlotte’s biggest inspiration, who then offered her a coaching and choreography role at TWGC in 2014, working alongside Milli. This invaluable experience laid the foundations for Charlotte’s coaching career.

Following the closure of TWGC, Charlotte continued to develop her expertise at NDGA, gaining further coaching qualifications before joining Kent College Pembury as an Assistant Coach. This role saw her return to the ISGA and IAPS competitions—events she had proudly competed in herself as a young gymnast, bringing her journey full circle.

Today, Charlotte combines decades of experience as a gymnast, coach, choreographer, and business owner to inspire the next generation, helping every child reach their potential while developing confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of gymnastics.
