Development Squad
Our Development Squad at Holmewood House is an invite only programme for gymnasts who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, potential and a positive attitude in our general and recreational classes. Designed for those ready to take the next step in their gymnastics journey, these sessions provide more focused coaching, increased training opportunities and the chance to develop skills to a higher standard. Gymnasts will continue to build strength, flexibility, technique and confidence while working towards competitions.

After School Clubs
Currently available for Pupils at Holmewood House, St Ronan's, MHV and Skippers Hill. Our After School Gymnastics Clubs provide the perfect opportunity for children to stay active, learn new skills on different apparatus each week and have fun at the end of the school day.

Prep School Teams
These classes are for gymnasts at prep schools that we teach in. These team sessions focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and discipline while representing their school in competitions against other prep schools in Europe.
