Bookings and payment

Places are booked through our booking system. Fees, where they apply, are due as set out at the time of booking. Your first taster session is free.

Cancellations

Please let us know as early as you can if your child cannot attend, so we can offer the place to another family.

Safety and conduct

For everyone's safety, please follow coaches' guidance and our safeguarding policy. We ask that gymnasts and families treat coaches and each other with kindness.

Liability

We take every reasonable care to run classes safely. Gymnastics carries inherent risk; please tell us about any medical needs so we can support your child.

Changes

We may occasionally need to change class times or venues. We will always give as much notice as we can.
