Milli’s gymnastics journey began at just 14 years old, coaching alongside her mum, Tess, whose passion and dedication to the sport inspired the next generation.

Tess was the Head Coach at Bodiam Manor School, where Milli and Charlie both attended school, discovered their love of gymnastics, and formed a friendship that would last a lifetime.

Milli later became a Director and Women’s Artistic Coach at Tunbridge Wells Gymnastics Club (TWGC), working alongside Tess to help build one of the area’s most successful gymnastics clubs. During her time there, the club celebrated numerous achievements, producing Kent Champions, Regional Champions and South East Champions, while helping countless young gymnasts develop both their skills and confidence.

After taking a short break from coaching, the opportunity arose for Milli and Charlie to bring their shared vision to life. Together, they founded R&S Legacy Gymnastics, a club built on the values they were raised with: kindness, patience, encouragement, and a genuine love of the sport.

Today, Milli is passionate about creating an environment where every child feels supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve their personal best, whether they are taking their very first gymnastics class or competing at a high level.
