Millie Sales

Millie brings twenty years of gymnastics experience, and something more personal: the club’s name honours her mum, a beloved coach who taught Charlotte and shaped how they both coach today.

Legacy is her family’s, carried forward. Millie coaches with the same warmth she was raised on, making sure every child feels they belong.

Together with Charlotte, she is building a club where girls thrive and fall in love with the sport.
