Safeguarding
Keeping every child safe
The wellbeing of every gymnast comes first. Here is how we protect the children in our care.
Our commitment
RS Legacy is committed to providing a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all children and young people. Every coach is DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding, and we follow British Gymnastics safeguarding standards.
What this means in practice
- Enhanced DBS checks for all coaches and helpers.
- Clear policies on supervision, photography and behaviour.
- A named Welfare Officer any parent or child can speak to in confidence.
- A simple, listened-to route for raising any concern.
